Health Clubs
Oh it was AWESOME. We still have one last group testing tonight because of work schedules and too many women for our small room so they will test tonight at 6:45. Otherwise, so far, we have 23 women who have tested and passed. They absolutely loved the decorations in the room, said it make them feel like it was a BIG event….which it was. I had a couple of my 59 year old ladies that showed up this morning telling me they weren’t going to test and by the end of the session they were at the bag ready to take their turn!!! I took pictures of every one of them during their test on the heavy bag and a group photo at the end so we will post all of those on our Anytime Fitness Facebook site.
